I went ahead and bought the Radio Userland weblog software. I still find it very frustrating to use but I can see the power of it. Documentation is lousy around the area of customisation. I'm not happy with my current theme and layout but I'm working on it. The news integration is very cool. Need to brush up on my HTML!
I'm using Radio Userland to write this blog. At first I didn't really like it but I've just discovered the macro language and I'm beginning to figure out how flexible it is. Not bad. Need to find some decent tutorials and samples but haven't really dug that deep. Just found out how I can associate each category I've come up with into their own journal.
Essentially, "The Good Life" is aimed at friends and family while "Software" is aimed at colleagues and "Brain Noodles" is all the random bits and pieces I bump into. I'll run with it for now and...
